This is an onsite position.

Function:

Responsible for technical design, development and support of GIS applications using the ESRI platform. This position develops, analyzes, designs, estimates, codes, tests, and implement changes to applications and their interfaces. Additionally, the GIS Developer investigates issues, answers queries, and creates reports relating to those systems/interfaces.

The minimum qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, or relevant field with five plus years of application development experience. Three plus (3+) years’ experience with Visual Studio, ArcGIS APIs, ESRI Products, SQL 20012/2016, JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3; or any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.

• A comparable amount of training and experience maybe a substitute for the minimum qualifications.

• Must possess, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in verbal and written form.
