The Ideal Candidate
The City of Burlingame is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Public Works department as a Management Analyst. Under the general direction from the Senior Management Analyst, the Management Analyst exercises functional supervision over assigned Public Works Corporation Yard projects, programs, and administrative areas. The incumbent must work independently and exercise a great deal of judgment in the completion of confidential and complex administrative duties in support of Corporation Yard staff, Opengov Cartegraph asset management, GIS, other computer-based applications, assigned projects, and conducting problem solving research. The ideal candidate will assist with GIS data management and must have an understanding of how to edit and maintain spatial data in Esri geodatabases. This position will concurrently serve as backup clerical support for the Corporation Yard and Management staff.
