● GTMO Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NAVFAC SE), 2015: Conducted sub-meter GPS surveyed field work for naval base mapping project. Collected all telecommunication features on base and developed an updated overall highly accurate data-sets and geo-databases for the U.S. Navy to use on future development, maintenance, and expansion for all military installation features.

● Union Pacific Rail Road (UPRR) Wetland Permitting in AZ., LA., TX. and AR., 2012-2015:
Project managed all GIS mapping tasks for supporting (22) different CH2M Hill/UPRR projects for the ACOE permit application and cultural resources. Completed an overall wetland impact analysis on the proposed ROW and all other features to be constructed. Directly working with the clients project managers to deliver all projects on time and on budget. Created documentation of the design permitting process for the client to review.

● Chevron GOM Shelf Programmatic Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment, 2012: Created all project exhibits and report figures while working with the senior environmental staff. Managed all GIS tasks for this project to conduct the impact assessment for 280 miles of coastline out to the federal waters.

● ExxonMobil Yellowstone River Oil Spill Response, 2011: GIS Lead Field Analyst for all response operation crews and supporting the command post in Billings, Montana during the entire cleanup response. Working directly with the FWS to develop and track wildlife reports and mapping. Documentation of all GIS data collected from the field and oil debris area for the BLM to review for possible fines to federal lands.

● Chevron Red Butte Creek Salt Lake City Oil Spill Response, 2010: Lead GIS Analyst for the (ICP) incident command post, working directly with the operations chief and planning chief to help make spill response decisions. Creating daily overview situation maps and response cleanup mapping for Chevron/FWS to review.

● BP MC252 Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Response, 2010: (ICS Team) Lead 15 other GIS Analyst to develop and design planning and operational GIS mapping support graphics for FL., AL., MS. and TX. Worked at the USCG incident command post in Galveston, TX and Mobile, AL. with the Planning chief and USCG admiral to support any mapping needs requested for the cleanup process. Including writing documentation of all response GIS data created for the ICS lessons learned final report.

● Sarasota County Habitat Risk Assessment and Change Analysis, 2008: Developed a current, highly accurate GIS-based native habitat land cover map for Sarasota County in 2009. Established a mapping methodology to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout all phases of the mapping process. Employed aerial interpretation expertise to perform an extensive rectification and reclassification of the baseline map to more accurately define land covers and develop a current land cover map using high resolution imagery. Performed a land cover change and habitat analysis between the baseline and current land cover. Provided technical writing support for the final GIS report summary and metadata.

● Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority, 2008: Conducted water quality sampling and testing for bi-monthly report at all moving and fixed stations on the Peace River to Charlotte Harbor in Charlotte County, Florida. Collected sub-meter GPS locations to create an updated station location map for review.

● Turks and Caicos Islands (BWI.) Sand Mining Study, 2007: Conducted an inter-island sand mapping study for the Turks and Caicos Islands government to identify sources suitable for supplying sand for beach restoration and construction projects. The study included extensive geotechnical field investigations including 60+ vibracores and 90+ jet probes samples performed in an open water environment. Collected sub-meter GPS mapping of sand shoal features within 80 sq miles and created all final report figures, maps and tables.

● Benderson Development Real Estate Permitting Projects, 2006: Created FLUCFCS, USGS Quad, historical wetland impacts, NRCS soils, NWI, NHD, Wildlife crossing, and UMAM graphic maps in conjunction with FDEP, SWFWMD, and ACOE permitting requests for multiple large scale commercial and residential land development projects.
