Graphics/GIS/Mapping Technician: Create maps, graphics and layouts to support various private and municipal projects, including field maps, contract documents and official records for the planning and engineering departments, and for locality’s projects based around Comprehensive and CAMA Plans, Housing Studies, Community Development Block Grants and other specialized areas. Actively working towards GISP (Certified GIS Professional) recognition through the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI).

Labor Compliance Officer: Monitor contractor and subcontractor activity and conduct field interviews to ensure compliance with federal and/or state labor requirements that are applicable to their respective funded projects, including but not limited to the following: A. Davis -Bacon and Related Acts; B. Section 3 of the Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Act of 1968; C. Contract Work Hours and Safety Act; D. Copeland Anti-Kickback Act; and E. State Labor Law. Report findings to clients.

Grant Administrator: Prepare and oversee execution of contracts, grant applications and funded grant programs including community economic development and revitalization, construction management, and housing construction/rehabilitation. Work directly with locality elected officials, neighborhood representatives, contractors and non-profits to ensure compliance with grant regulations.
